September Snap Shots

Been really pissed at the boring and heavy traffic that is the CTE. The air probably smells fresher on the NSH.MotoV celebrates the 3rd year anniversay this month. For me, its only 1 year that I've been with them. But its one solid year of touring. Melecca, Port Dickson, Cameroon, Betong in Thailand, Gerik, Ipoh, Endau Beach etc... Its a lot of beautiful memories really. In 2 weekends it shall be KL twin peaks in Fraser Hill and Genting Highlands! Yeah! More rides!

We also celebrated Alan's birthday. And Raymond's wife's as well. Gossiped the night away and rounded up at Kallang stadium carpark. The pocket bike racers weren't there as the fasting month had begun, and we ended up chatting away. Finally, half the term ended for me after a long long 6 hours of lecture followed by a history test. Damn! Was pooped by the time I rode with NUS Riders to Kulai for supper. I was the sweeper for the first time, and it wasn't the most comfortable feeling initially with a trailer following me closely. But riding on the NSH at night at a leisurely pace is pretty therapeutic after all.

MotoV also celebrated Moon Cake Festival at LC food court last Friday night. Look at all the beautiful lanterns we lighted up! I remember the best part of playing lanterns whe i was still in primary school was swinging the lanterns playfully at the end of it hoping let the lantern catch fire.. haha.. Didn't you?
Finally, Sep 30 saw MotoV members convoyed to a mosque near town for charity. The event attracted some 500 to a thousand bikes, and was pretty large. All in the cause of charity :)
