It was supposed to be a regular bikers' nite out. But this time it was at Marina South Pier though. Alan suddenly brought out a cake. Ha! It was Michael's birthday. And we found out Grace's as well. Marina South Pier has a roof top with special bluish lightings mounted on the floor, creating a very romantic ambience. Surprisingly, not many people know of this place. I wonder how Alan got to know of it. The team chatted the night away, till the car park attendants came to disturb us. Haha...The sea view at night coupled with the lighting from the roof top is really nice for couples. Too bad I won't be heading there with anyone. Haha..
To get there, you need to enter ECP heading towards Fullerton Hotel, and head out at EXIT 17A, Marina Bay, which is the one right when you can see Fullerton Hotel and the city scape. I always can't help but take a couple glances at the bay. Thereafter, the road signs is pretty idiot proof, instead of turning into Marina South you'll just head straight down towards the pier. PS: Go there after sunset.
Lastly, a rather nice vid that Den sent me. I think i saw it before, as you probably will, but if you've not, its pretty good advice :)
